| What to Expect |
| Find Santa’s sleigh in the woods, dig up some carrots and prepare some food for the reindeers. Then time to visit Santa’s Victorian Parlour upstairs in the house where you will, as a group, meet the Big Man in Red and be entertained with Christmas songs and festivities. Santa will give your little one a present and you will be given an “Elfing hand” to take a picture of yourselves and Santa on your mobile phone. The experience lasts between 40 minutes. (Please note “Santa’s Meet and Greet” is a different event from our “Whippersnapper Winter Wonderland Immersive Theatre Experience.” specially tailored for 0-3 years only) As this performance is specialised for babies and toddlers. All children will require a ticket, including babies in arms. A sibling ticket costs £13 and includes a present from Santa.There is a small number of additional adult and sibling tickets per slot due to limited space restrictions. |
| Cancellation Policy Any bookings cancelled after the 24th November are non-refundable. Booking changes before the 24th November can be transferred or cancelled with a 15% admin charge. |
