Whippersnappers Hever Fundraiser

We’re fundraising £5,000 to run our Hever pop-up playscheme and campsite in the beautiful grounds of Hever Castle, Kent. This project gives children from low-income families the chance to enjoy camping, nature, and outdoor adventures.

Your support will help us:

Provide accessible facilities and camping gear
Fund day trips and overnight stays
Partner with local adventure playgrounds to reach more families

Saturday Dads & Male Carers – Stay and Play

Join us for a relaxed and inclusive Saturday morning of fun, connection, and support!

These free sessions are designed for under 5s and their siblings, welcoming families of all needs and backgrounds. Activities include:

🌿 Outdoor play
🤝 Parental and SEND support

Volunteering

✨ Baby & Toddler Classes
We need volunteers to help with our morning Baby and Toddler sessions at both the Lido and the Lodge. Tasks include welcoming and signing in families, as well as making teas and coffees. A great opportunity to meet local families and be part of a joyful environment!

🎉 Feel Good Fridays ClubWe’re also seeking volunteers to help out at our lively Feel Good Fridays over 50s club at Brockwell Lido. Support the smooth running of the club and get involved in a variety of activities. More details coming soon!

Brockwell Lido – New Digital Suite

We’re thrilled to share that Whippersnappers has received £24,730.63 from the UK government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund, in partnership with Lambeth Council and the Greater London Authority.

Thanks to this generous support, we’ve transformed our old office into a state-of-the-art digital media suite and made exciting upgrades to our performing arts space at Brockwell Lido.

This funding opens up incredible new opportunities for children and young people with additional needs to express themselves creatively through music-making and digital media.

Our baby & toddler classes are back for the summer term! 🌞🌸🌷 Classes have been getting very busy so don’t forget to book for the term or book on to your class with your class pass each time. ✨
